Communication

My principal communicates very effectively because she explains the point that she is trying to get across extensively by using analogies and descriptive speaking.  She finds ideas and situations that individuals will be able to understand and relate to and uses them to help get her point across.  She also speaks slow enough and uses voice inflection to ensure her listeners can digest what is being discussed.  I would definitely like to model these components of communication that she uses.  These components could also prove to be effective with parents.
